Sibling Rivalry is packed with traditional Pacific Northwest hops, and an ale that we’d venture to say siblings would fight over. This hoppy brew layers traditional American hops, including Centennial and Simcoe, resulting in a citrus forward beer with a more balanced malt backbone.

Though its name suggests it may be the odd one out, we always have a tap reserved for our Black Sheep Porter. This bold porter features coffee from our friends over at Arcidiacono, also located in BayHo. The dark hued brew packs a jolt of java aroma and flavor— it’s the next best thing to a cup of joe. Bitter Bill’s Pils
Pilsner

Named for the elder bitter brother, our pilsner has a rounded bitterness that’s never harsh — much like Bill himself. Bitter Bill’s Pils balances its subtle bitterness with rich, complex maltiness and spice from floral Saaz hops, resulting in an overall crisp, complex and well-rounded Old World-style lager.
Brotherly Love
Dunkelweiss

There’s a lot to love about our Dunkelweizen. The “brother” to our Golden Child Hef, it has an earthy, roasted chocolate character from the addition of cacao nibs. Add that to our Golden Child Hef, and it makes for a full-bodied brew that’s one part banana and one part chocolate. Think chocolate covered banana, and you’re there.

Sometimes things get a bit hazy. Our Clouded Judgement Hazy IPA may strike you as familiar. It was the Hazy Blue Line IPA before it so aptly got a name change. The opaque IPA has a straw-colored, juicy mouthfeel with notes of stone fruit, tropical fruit and citrus aromas and flavors.

Our lovely Flesh & Blood lady leaves quite the impression as a Golden Sour. Aged in Blaufränkisch red wine barrels, her dark purple and pink-hued appearance has a bit of a bite with her tart cherry, raspberry, and dry-sour finish.

Our darling, Little Miss Sunshine is a tart little thing. This wheat ale with mangoes and tangerines has a nice wheat body and a clean acidity. It has a slight banana aroma with big citrus notes. The tangerines come to the forefront of the flavor profile, followed by ripe mangoes finishing with a tart acidity.

Our precocious red head enjoys being our one and only Imperial Red IPA. With its dark red, copper color, our Imperial Red IPA is hopped with chinook and cascade hops that give him a piney, resinous flavor with hints of citrus, dark caramel, chocolate and malt roast.
